My Feel Good Journal – Day 5

I'd rather wake up early than sleep late - http://www.BethSawickie.comToday was the first day in a long while that I naturally woke up early!  Up until today, I would often not even hear my alarm, or continually hit snooze for a long, long time.  Just a few more minutes…few more minutes…few more minutes.

I find that my day flows so much better when I’m up early.  I have more time to do things that make me feel good before diving into work stuff.  I then feel better and it shows in my work!

Here are my 4-G’s for Day 5:

What are “The 4-G’s of Feeling Good”? – find out HERE.

Goin’: I walked with Soc (the dog) for 20 minutes this morning.

His main objective during the walk is to find random things to eat – definitely keeps me on my toes!

Greens:  I had a green(ish) smoothie after the walk.

Smoothie ingredients:  The 1/2 of romaine lettuce from yesterday, blackberries (used ’em all up), 1/2 banana, blueberries, chia seeds, flax seeds, goji berries, maca powder, plant protein powder, almond milk (unsweetened).

Givin’:   I shared the “4-G’s of Feeling Good” with some folks online who found ’em useful.

For myself:  It was a beautiful day so I took my laptop, sat on the patio and did my work (like re-working this website!).

Gratitude:

I am grateful for hearing two new bird calls that I’ve never noticed before.

I am grateful for all the wonderful and supportive women that I am learning with and from in B-School.

I am grateful for getting to spend time sharing my message and helping others in the process.

Making “Feeling Good” choices like these all started with doing the “4-G’s”! I’d love it if you joined me in doing the “4-G’s” – grab your free copy of my book that explains it all “Get Back on the Feel Good Train: 4 Simple Strategies for Getting You Back on Track” HERE. and there’s a printable journal sheet too!

I’d love to hear your 4-G’s…. share ’em below…
