Today was a good day 🙂  The weather was beautiful and I got out for a 1/2 hour walk.  The next 2 days are supposed to be cooler with rain all day 🙁   Maybe I’ll still go for a walk in the rain.  Do you?

Here are my 4-G’s for Day 22:

Goin’: Walked with the dog for about 30 minutes.  Picked up the pace a bit this time 🙂

Soc (the dog) really helps to get me up and “goin'”.  I was doing work stuff (in 25 minute spurts) and had just extended the time a bit.  Soc would not leave me alone!  “Let’s go for a walk! Let’s go for a walk!”.  I realized that 1.) he was going to continue annoying me.  2.) I really did need a break.  3.)  I knew that I’d be more productive after getting out in the sunshine for a while.

Greens:  Green smoothie – whole head of romaine lettuce 🙂  Usual fruit and nuts.

Gratitude:

I am grateful for my dog who always reminds me to take sanity breaks when working.

I am grateful for choosing to eat healthy today.  (I had cravings for salty, greasy things).

I am grateful for getting to talk with Kathleen Bloom who gave me some great business ideas and direction.
