Here are my 4-G’s for Day 20:

Goin’: Wow, I did a LOT of walking today! Walked with the dog for over an hour. Then walked at sunset for at least 40 minutes.
Greens: Juiced 🙂 Kale, romain lettuce, cucumber, green apple, lemon, ginger – yum!
Givin’: “click to give”
I will be looking for other ways to “give” in the future. For now, click to give works for me!
Gratitude:
I am grateful for getting to watch a beautiful sunset.
I am grateful for breathing in the fresh air blowing in my face.
I am grateful for creating more mandalas!
