My Feel Good Journal – Day 15
Here are my 4-G’s for Day 15:

Goin’: Soc and I went for a walk at sunset. We just left the house and saw this interesting site on my neighbor’s 2nd story roof. I know they fly… I just never saw them hanging out on someone’s roof before!
Greens: I juiced again this morning 🙂
Green juice: Kale, Romaine lettuce, 1 carrot, 1 green apple, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, 1 large nub o’ ginger. Would’ve added celery if I had it.
Breaking out the juicer is really not that much effort. I have it cleaned up and put away within 5 minutes or less! You can read why I love juicing here.
Givin’: Today I helped my Mom with some things.
I also “clicked to give”.
Gratitude:
I am grateful for getting to spend the day with Mom.
I am grateful for green juice!
I am grateful for it still being a bit light out after 8pm 🙂
and I just HAVE TO add one more….
I am grateful for seeing ducks on the roof!
