My Feel Good Journal – Day 12
Here are my 4-G’s for Day 12:

Goin’: Walked with Soc for 45 minutes.
Soc was staring out the window, whining and then looking at me – I took the hint!. I was able to listen in on a training call during the walk which worked out perfectly 🙂
Greens: Forgot to make time to create a smoothie! Had brocolli and spinach with dinner – yum. And Indian food! Palek Paneer (frozen – I don’t know how to make it – yet!).

I also sent a note of encouragement to a young boy who has been bullied at school.
Gratitude:
I am grateful for meeting up with Mom for lunch.
I am grateful for taking a long walk in the sunshine.
I am grateful for the boost of courage that hit me this afternoon – I believe I am on the right path after all 🙂
